I count it one of my choicest blessings to have known you and Bruce for these several years following your move to Eugene. What a tremendous blessing and spiritual treat it was to be your friend and home teacher during your time here.

Bruce was to me a dear friend, a welcoming host and a gospel scholar and learner. I admired the eagerness with which he read and studied. Always learning. Always growing. Willingly sharing new gospel insights with those who visited your home.

With open arms he welcomed me into your home and hearts. I loved him because I knew he always loved me. Indeed, he is a true treasure. I visualize the Savior, your family and the angels of heaven rejoicing in glad reunion with him right now.

God Bless you Marjorie, Marci and your dear family. May you remember him with much fondness, looking forward to the day when we once again can embrace the good man who is Bruce Andresen.

They brought joy, laughter and love wherever they went. In fact, to meet them was to feel the Spirit; to know them is to love them. Nothing was ever too hard, but a privilege. We are thankful for the opportunity to have served with Elder and Sister Andresen. What a joy they are.
